I'm currently offering free/donation based emotional/psychological help by utilizing a spiritual ability I stumbled upon after years of self growth. It looks kind of like therapy, but with a boost.From my desire to help others, and possibly from my own self healing work, something kind of magical can happen where I'm able to extend (or be a tool of) a universal love/compassion that is present for all, and hold a space in which emotional-energetic release can occur.
How Does it Work?
We are all God, and so it's not a stretch that we can be tools of this universal love. In my situation, it feels like a pouring out of love from my heart for whoever is open to receiving help. A combination of personal or human love/compassion blends with the love of God which is less personal and more universal.This isn't a healing modality (like reiki) where the healing is done completely for you. It requires some willingness to address the issue and to give the issue over. In other words, to be truly requesting help, not just in spoken word and not to me personally, but to God or the Universe. Basically to be open to having the issue be resolved/dissolved.In practice, we would talk about what may be troubling you so we can find the pockets of energy/emotion we can work on. You may know exactly what problems in your life you want to address, or we may have to meander a bit to find what you're ready to heal.The previously mentioned expression of love seems to determine how the healing takes place. There is usually a kind of blanket of energy that is present during the session that affects us both. Sometimes the energy itself will help you to resolve the negative emotions/energy you're carrying, and sometimes I'm used as a tool to help process the emotions/energy through myself by laughing or crying for you. It's a really beautiful process.
Spiritual Healing vs Worldly Action
Resolving issues spiritually is quite different than the usual worldly methods, although worldly action is always required in life to an extent. Instead of trying to make people or situations change, our goal is to dissolve the reasons for the negative feelings about the situation completely from within. This usually leaves one feeling good but a bit blank about the specific topic as the fuel for the fire has been removed and a general trust in God has been established. This is change and resolution on a deep and causal level.You may lose thoughts and opinions about the situation temporarily, or you may just feel a lot less scared/angry/etc about the situation, but once you find a new equilibrium, you're feelings towards the situation will be improved.
An Example of Spiritual Healing
Let's say you have a friend who betrayed your trust and you feel hatred, anger and sadness etc. You may think the solution is to cut this person out of your life and never talk to them again. Doing so may or may not be the right worldly decision, but could ultimately leave the real problem unresolved. The real problem is the hatred, anger and sadness along with whatever else is underlying the situation and therefore attracting it to you.This situation has presented you with the opportunity to resolve burdens that are usually hidden, so while undesirable, if forgiven/healed properly will be a gift. These situations are the lessons we are given to grow/heal and they only come again if ignored.Once the negative energy/emotions are healed, the situation may completely change in your experience. You may find that the anger and hatred were covering a deeper sadness that you've always carried. The opportunity to be vulnerable with the offending person and express how you feel in a healthy manner may present itself, which can be hard to do but can tremendously shorten the healing path (just as an example). What occurs physically/socially is not as important as the forgiving/healing process.In this example the outcome could still be cutting ties with this person, but without the burden of hurt associated with it. You may even find outcomes you never would have expected possible. Whatever the case, the worldly outcome is not as important as the spiritual healing, although they can often be tied together.
How Do We Move Forward?
I'm more than happy to do a quick video talk or phone call as an introduction if you like. A good sign might be a feeling of nervousness or excitement that seems to be disproportional to what you might expect.
